Prove a file existed, unchanged, at a moment in time. The CAPPZ Notarizer anchors content fingerprints to XRPL today and to CAPPZ chainlets and other chains as they are added.

CAPPZ Notarizer

The CAPPZ Notarizer proves that a file existed, unchanged, at a specific moment. It computes a SHA-256 fingerprint of the content in the browser, so the document itself never has to leave the device, and records a signed receipt holding the fingerprint, the time, the signer and the network that anchored it.

The Notarizer sits above any single blockchain. Today receipts are anchored in XRP Ledger transaction memos; CAPPZ chainlets and Ethereum-compatible chains are declared as future anchor networks. Because every receipt names its anchor network, the same proof can be checked on whichever network recorded it.

Receipts are kept in the signed-in person’s own wallet store on the device and listed in their notarization history. Anyone can check a proof by fingerprint for free. Notarization is priced per document by assurance tier, from Standard to Top Secret, with a volume discount for large batches; see the pricing page for current rates.

Administrators have one extra control on this page: a one-time step that copies every archived notarization receipt from the older hosted archive into the CAPPZ store. It records one NotarizationSynchronized entry per receipt and a closing entry, after which the step stays off for good.
