Each skill is a BPMN flow at an HD address, governed by Cognitive Ontological Oriented Learning (COOL) and Cognitive Object Permanence Experiences (COPE), surfaced through any MCP-compatible client (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex — or your own). Neither Claude nor MCP is required: the same skills are reachable over plain HTTPS via /.well-known/skills.json and the in-app resident agent. The notarized graph cache resolves them at L1-cache speed.

Skill #91 A2A Sync Transceiver is the live union of #89 Receiver and #90 Transmitter. It composes secure communications and synchronized content, then delegates to a2aBlockExchange. Each app opens its own cappz-session between two wallets; lifecycle and signaling TXs anchor to XRPL opportunistically. Payloads never touch XRPL.

App wallets bind one directional skill through notarized constituent events. The live marketplace shows asks, bids, matches, payments, sessions, and chainlet heads from the same replayed records.

CAPPZ is model-independent. The title-bar picker writes the operator’s choice as a hash-sealed ModelSelected transaction; every app replays that same latest-wins record. Auto preserves both a cloud and local target, then routes from the selected primary slot.
